The Grand Jury investigation never happened. 

James D'Ambrose gave his two houses to his lawyer Henri Shawn and was allowed to get away with attempted murder. 

Stephen Lungen (D.A.) and Henri Shawn used to work together in the office of the District Attorney of Sullivan County.
